Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for development and support of many technical and some business processes including the development of productivity tools, re-engineering current procedures, upgrading software, testing, implementation and BAU support. A wide range of technical skills are required. The candidate will work under the supervision of a project manager in charge of defining the objectives and deadlines of the project.



General Skills

- Good written and spoken technical English

- Good communication skills.

- Self motivated.



Technical Skills

Must have:

SQL expertise, preferable Sybase Transact-SQL and stored procedures. 2yrs +

UNIX Platform knowledge – preferably Solaris, Unix Shell Scripting 2yrs +

Perl 2yrs

Java programming. 1yr +

Windows Administration experience, preferably Windows 2003. 1yr

HTML 1yr

JSP, Javascript 1yr

Apache Tomcat 6m



Alternatively Microsoft SQL Server. Expected experience.



Nice to have:

- Java RMI experience

- MS SQL Server
